Polymer Clay Canes for Beginners

27 videos, step by step, beginner cane workshop beginner Cane Tutorial What people are saying about this tutorial. jennifer rose Just finished this first workshop on how to make canes, and I must say I learned so much. This is exactly what I have been looking for, someone who could explain cane making in a step by step that process that I could replicate. I watched the videos, went into my studio and began to create all of the canes Alice showed. I finally have results I can be proud of, and I say thank you so much for doing this workshop. My only question now is when do we get more workshops. If you are only going to take one online class let it be this workshop. Thank you Alice for your hard work, and your dedication to helping others learn the joys of polymer clay.

  • I would love to go, but will be in Orlando Jan.28 for IDEX (International Doll Expo). Really looking forward to this…first time to go. I know you will have fun. If I could afford two trips, I’d be there!! Happy New Year!

I wish you could too, Lynda. I’d love to go to the Doll Expo. I’ll have to find out more and maybe I’ll see you there.

  • Julie Picarello is my new muse, I want so bad to learn how she does her art but not in the cards this year, I know you will have a great time !

  • Alice

I know how it is to admire someone and their work and wanting to meet them and take a class with them. Wish you could be there too. It would be great to meet you, Tina

  • Hey Alice,

thank you so much for your kind words on my recent blogpost. I’m seriously loving this polymer clay – spending lots of time experimenting and learning.

I’m in awe of your fabulous face canes! Something for me to work toward. 🙂

    Happy New Year,

    Kate

Just curious here: how did you find me in the wilds of Blogland? (I’m so glad you did).

  • Alice

Hey Kate, glad you stopped by. I meant what I said on your blog, you are creating fabulous first time canes. There are tons of sights out there that have lots of information and tutorials. Have fun!

I get google updates everyday for polymer clay blogs. It keeps me up to date on what’s new on all the blogs out there. When you mentioned polymer clay in your blog, the search engine picked it up and it showed up on my daily google alert.
