This is exactly what I have been looking for, someone who could explain cane making in a step by step that process that I could replicate. I watched the videos, went into my studio and began to create all of the canes Alice showed. I finally have results I can be proud of, and I say thank you so much for doing this workshop. My only question now is when do we get more workshops. If you are only going to take one online class let it be this workshop. Polymer Clay Face Bracelets

Getting ready to take tons of artwork to a gallery. Been working to get my stock up. I’m taking bracelets and bottle stoppers, perfume pens and face pins. Salt and pepper shakers, letter openers, and card cases. I am trying some different things, I show you when I get them finished.

I also made smaller tags for my items. 1″ x 1 1/2″, half the size of the ones I use for direct sales to customers. They really look better on most items for galleries. I can’t use my information anyway, so I don’t need as much room.

I’ve been away for over a week and I have a lot of catching up to do – haven’t read all your posts but I did love your zentangel bracelets.

Waiting patiently for your face video – I’m patient. And I’m far far behind on everything. I think I’m back now for a while though.

Thanks so much Carter, I left everything I took at the gallery and I have to make more for another shop. It’s all gone so I can’t take pictures. But I’ll post about it tomorrow. Trust me, you will get hooked, we all do, if the clay speaks to you..well you have no choice. Thanks for taking the time to leave me a message.

Hi Alice. I love your faces. I do face canes too but I don’t seem to get as much finished as you do. By the time the cane is finshed I am sick of it. I love the shading around the noses. I tried doing noses with just shading and then never stood out or looked right to me. After seeing your I think I will have to try again.

Julie, are you kidding me? You’re face canes are incredible. I almost didn’t want to post mine after seeing yours. But mine are characters while yours are more realistic. Your cane making skills are off the charts. My faces are simpler taking less time and I don’t make them very large. I find myself using some of them until they are all gone instead of the ones I made years ago that I still have way more cane left than I would want. In my book, smaller is better.
