I&#8217;ve done some of them before from Maggie&#8217;s website and videos, but there is so much more in the book and I can&#8217;t wait to continue to experiment. Maggie has three videos that will help you when you get to Chapter Five, <em>Mixing Colors That Flow.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The first video is\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/maggiemaggio.com\/color\/?p=307\">Color Scales Tutorial<\/a> and found on Maggie&#8217;s website. The second is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=FBb4Zdwmfts&#038;feature=related\">Color Scales II Playing with Color Scales<\/a> and I could only find it on You Tube! The last is, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=UXDdPtCiF1o&#038;feature=related\">Color Scale Triangles in Polymer Clay<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>These are wonderful videos and will help you, but having the book brings it all together. The long awaited book is finally available at <a href=\"http:\/\/astore.amazon.com\/polymerclayetc-20\/detail\/0823015017\">Amazon<\/a> today<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m most excited that Maggie will be posting\u00a0\u00a0<strong>\u201c<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/maggiemaggio.com\/color\/\">Weekend Extras<\/a> <strong>\u201d<\/strong> on her blog,\u00a0to encourage you to go through each of the exercises in the book. She will start with tips for the very first exercise, \u201cTesting Package Colors.\u201d \u00a0you will be able to ask questions and post comments.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lindly.wordpress.com\/\">Lindly&#8217;s blog<\/a> is full of color information and links, with a fabulous link to Dulux paint in the UK with a color system that is really helpful.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I think anyone serious about polymer clay or anyone that just wants to improve their color choices, should own this book.
