I’ve started working on the samples for the sculpting workshop I’m going to teach in February. We’re going to study hands, feet, heads and armature. We’ll be looking at wrinkles, veins, and fingernails. In other words, we’re going to have a bunch of fun and create some incredible sculpts.
I decided to do a pointing hand because I have some ideas floating around in my head and you know it has to involve color. So stay tuned, it could be fun.
Amazing! I would love to learn how to do this. The viens look so real! Superb Job!
One word …WOW!!! The hands look very, very real! You have amazing talent!
hugs, luny
Thank you both Brenda and luny. The pictures are all the same hand, just different angles.
Brenda, I just had a cancellation and I think you know several of the people coming. Email me if you want to come. alice@polymerclayetc.com

ohhhh, can’t wait!!!
It’s gonna be fun Sydney.
I am having a Duh! moment. Where did you say you are having this class?
Unbelievable! We need a class in Southern California.
Oh would I love to go to California!!! A nice compliment Candy, thank you.
No you’re not, Brenda, I didn’t say because the class was full until yesterday. It’s here in my Studio. I sent you an email….
Oh now that looks like fun! I tend to not put realistic hands/feet on my pieces because they usually turn out scary ;-0 Too bad we’re not closer to each other on the east coast. Feb in Fla is probably a bit warmer than in MA. I’m sure it will be a great workshop.
Amy, Charlene who asked me to teach this workshop, wanted me to show how to make the veins etc to make a more realistic sculpt. I’m happy to be “made” to do more sculpting and am thrilled for this workshop. I’d love to sculpt with you Amy, I enjoy your work. Come on down, it’s warmer here I bet.
Love your mixed media piece.
working towards our class. Thanks Linda.
